Helping High Achievers Turn Discipline into Lifelong Health Mastery. Holly Harris is a Waco, Texas native, attended Baylor University, small business owner of more than 20 years, and Executive Health Coach certified in Nutrition and Gut Health through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Having lost 160 pounds and maintained that loss for more than a decade, Holly understands firsthand that lasting transformation is not built through quick fixes or extremes. It is built through consistent action, sustainable habits, and a proven plan. Today, she specializes in coaching high-achieving professionals who excel in business and life but are ready to bring that same level of excellence to their health. Through whole-food nutrition, strategic accountability, and lifestyle mastery, Holly helps clients break free from the all-or-nothing mindset and create results that last by truly mastering their life forever. Health is not another thing to manage. It is the foundation that allows high achievers to perform at their highest level for life.
Magen White knows what it’s like to balance big goals, real life, and the pressure so many women feel to hold everything together while still trying to take care of themselves too. As a mom of three, she understands firsthand the challenge of trying to prioritize your health while managing the demands of family, work, and everyday life. With a Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology and a minor in Chemistry from University of Mary Hardin–Baylor, along with experience working in molecular pathology, she brings both science and years of hands-on coaching experience into her work with clients.
As a health coach and fitness instructor, Magen has spent years helping women navigate fat loss, mindset shifts, rebuilding confidence, improving habits, and creating sustainable routines that actually fit real life. Originally from Southeast Texas, she has lived in Los Angeles, South Texas, Dallas, and the Waco/Belton area, giving her a wide perspective on balancing health, family, fitness, and everyday responsibilities through different seasons of life.
Before becoming a health coach, Magen danced in college and for an arena football team. She brings that same energy, motivation, and team mentality into the MYLF community today. Known for her encouraging but honest coaching style, Magen helps clients recognize what is already working while also being direct about the habits and mindset shifts needed to create lasting results.
Andrea Hodges is a Senior Coach at MYLF Coaching who firmly believes that the mind is one of the most powerful tools we have access to. As Henry Ford famously said, “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t; you’re right.” Andrea believes that once you truly believe you’re capable, the rest begins to fall into place.
With over 19 years in the wellness industry, Andrea’s journey began as a massage therapist before expanding her expertise as a licensed esthetician and transforming her spa into a wellness center. Over the past 2.5 years, she has incorporated MYLF Coaching into her work, helping women build healthier lives from the inside out.
Throughout her career, Andrea has guided clients back to the fundamentals of wellness, improving movement, posture, mobility, skincare routines, nutrition, and mindset. She is passionate about teaching women how to fuel their bodies with real, whole foods while developing the mindset needed to create lasting change.
Andrea’s mission is to help women recognize how capable they truly are. She believes that growth often requires embracing change and being willing to ask for help. Through coaching, she helps women uncover the small blind spots that may be preventing progress, showing them that lasting transformation often comes from simple adjustments rather than drastic measures.
Her coaching is rooted in both professional experience and personal practice. Having lived this lifestyle for more than six years, Andrea understands that wellness is not a destination but an ongoing journey of learning, growth, and continuous improvement.

Jenny McCormick is the founder and CEO of MYLF Coaching, which stands for Master Your Life Forever. Her work is built around one core belief: lasting transformation is about far more than losing weight. It is about changing the way you think, the way you show up for yourself, and the way you move through your life.
Jenny earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Psychology from Texas A&M University before becoming an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. She spent over 15 years helping women improve their health and fitness as a personal trainer, before later earning her Health Coaching Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Over the last decade, she has deeply studied nutrition, metabolism, mindset, and behavior change, but what makes her coaching different is the way she helps people apply those concepts in real life.
Jenny is especially passionate about helping high-achieving women who feel stuck in the exhausting cycle of perfectionism. They are not lazy. They are not unmotivated. Most of them already know plenty of healthy things to do. The problem is not usually information. The problem is identity, self-trust, and the story they keep telling themselves every time life gets messy.
Through MYLF Coaching, Jenny helps clients stop constantly starting over and learn how to become calmer, more capable, more consistent, and more resilient. Her coaching is rooted in education, structure, perspective, and real-life support so clients can stop chasing perfection and start building a life, body, and mindset they can actually sustain.
